With a strong foundation in global project management and LED technology, our Director Mr. Nitin Jain, who brings rich experience from million-dollar projects in the USA, has led Hiway to a turnover of ₹10 million+ within just 2 years.

Production Units – Hiway LED Lightings
At Hiway LED Lightings, we operate advanced production units that deliver high-quality, durable, and energy-efficient LED lighting products at scale. Located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, our manufacturing facilities are strategically positioned to serve both domestic and international markets with reliable supply and consistent quality.
Our manufacturing plant spans over 15,000 square feet of dedicated production and assembly space. With a monthly production capacity exceeding 50,000 lighting units, we efficiently handle large-scale orders across multiple product categories. The facility includes a fully equipped in-house R&D lab, ensuring every product meets rigorous standards for innovation, energy efficiency, and durability.
We follow an automated, precision-driven production process with multiple quality checkpoints at every stage. Our operations are compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring excellence in every product batch. Sustainability is at the core of our processes, with eco-friendly practices and energy-efficient machinery minimizing our carbon footprint.
Hiway LED Lightings manufactures a comprehensive range of products including LED Flood Lights, LED Street Lights, Solar LED Lights, Smart Lighting Series with motion and daylight sensors, as well as Recessed Panels and Track Lights for commercial and architectural applications.
Quality assurance is a critical part of our production workflow. Every product undergoes stringent testing for lumen efficacy, thermal performance, IP ratings for outdoor durability, and compliance with BIS and international electrical safety standards. Our production units feature advanced photometric laboratories and automated aging test stations to ensure long-lasting performance.
To meet the growing demand for smart and sustainable lighting solutions, we are planning a strategic expansion of our production capacity by 2025, which will include dedicated facilities for smart city lighting projects and solar-integrated product lines.
